Ganapathi, better known as
Ganesha, is one of the few most recognizable Indian deities in the world and my first work in the Vedas series.
Names Ganesha गानेश (ghana + एशा ईश) and Ganapathi (गाना + पाती पती) mean the one who rules the ganas.
The Sanskrit word "ghana" गान has several meanings that are important to know. First, ghanas are all categories of things in the universe. The second is our sense organs, which very skillfully create obstacles for us and very often turn to things that we do not need at all, and most often harmful or destructive. In the end, the ganas are a host of deities and spirits from the worlds of Ganapathi's father, Shiva, that is, they are various subtle beings that can interfere with and interfere with a person's energy field. And it is Ganapathi who manages all this. That is, a good relationship with him automatically gives us a good relationship with all categories, when the things we need arise by themselves in the field of our attention, and also allows us to take control of our feelings and get protection from unfriendly subtle influences.
In order to receive Ganapati's protection, it takes little to look into his smiling eyes and turn to him with all your heart. And then just watch your life miraculously change for the better. So may his protection and blessings always be with you.
